CME? يجب تقديم الطعن في آجل أقصاه05 أيام من تاريخ نشر هذا الإعلان في مجلة BAOSEM. إذا تزامن اليوم الخامس (05) مع يوم عطلة أو يوم راحة قانونية، يمدد التاريخ المحدد لرفع الطعن إلى يوم العمل الموالي. أية طعن يصل إلى الشركة خارج الأجل المذكور أعلاه لا يعتد به. BP 7200 Es Seddikia, Oran 31025 La Commission chargée de l?examen du recours est : ??La Commission des marchés de l?Entreprise ?? par abréviation ??CME?? Le recours doit être formulé dans les 05 jours ouvrables à compter de la publication de l?avis d?attribution provisoire du marché dans le BAOSEM. Si le 05ème jour coïncide avec un jour non ouvrable ou un jour de repos légal, la date limite de recours est prorogée étendue au jour ouvrable suivant. Tout recours reçu en dehors de la période ci-dessus ne sera pas pris en considération.
